Christmas Oysters

Today we went to the local (read: upscale) cafe and mom and dad splurged on four oysters from Bretange, France! They must be insane because the things cost about 900ft/each, which is like $4. What are we rich?! 

I wish great-grandma Manou was here though! 

Tonight is when Santa comes, here in Budapest. Apparently because there are no chimneys in Europe (because everyone lives in apartments), we are supposed to leave our boots by the window so Santa can stuff them with chocolate. So help me god if I get oysters!!! 

The parents also went crazy and bought a fake Christmas tree. In protest, I immediately tried to pull it down. I don't want a fake tree! The lights cost like $50!!! I don't get this country.
