Ladies and gentlemen...we have our first homegrown radish!!! It was the size of an marble, but it tasted like an actual radish!!
We have radishes, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, mint, basil, aloe and a kamquat tree (but mom semi cheated and bought it as a tree).
Not enough to feed the family, but enough to entertain mom and make her feel slightly better about her infinite existence at home.
If you told her she would be gardening at any point in her life, she would have called the police on you!
